1. Firstly, What you actually need to know about this preset library.
As it states, it contains a lot of subprogram presets that I am using to speed up my workflow.
Here, I have to kindly warn you that this library is completely personal. It has nothing to do with the developers, Many functions may not be into masters forever, and some of techniques/design may not be agreed by developers as well.
This library does not only contains the preset that I have already made tutorials, but also some preset that I may have never shown in my video ever. Even more, it actually contains some presets that are still under development/testing, Or, they can be even non-function but I am just too lazy to delete them.
This also means several other things.
A) this library contain nodes that you probably have no idea why they are there. You won't know why I created them, nor how they should be used ever. There is also no written documentation for each of these nodes. Only some of the nodes have a video tutorial posted in the "AN-preset playlist" in the channel:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhQ290f8z8FMI_2DBKF5-nXpkw7FchDaY
B) this library can contain lots of bugs. It's impossible for me to screen these bugs at once, I can only realize there is a bug when I am actually working with them. The bugs can be but are not limited to conceptual erros or missed linkage.
The only thing I can say is that up to the moment of release, if the bugs doesn't happen to me, then it should not happen to you as well. If the bug happen to you, it will also happen to me.
2. This library will not be under constant update.
If I have figured out a bug and fix that right after I have made this video, I may not have updated the version right away.
A) It's because the frequency of bug fixation can be high, and bug fixes sometimes generate more bugs or expose the design problems.
B) If you have built the preset / change the design on the top of the file. Settings may not be easily merged at all.
3. How to use this library. (A video explanation should be attached once made.)
Due to the fact that animation nodes is not good at appending the node tree.
There are two type of files that you can see from the linkage bellow.
A) One is for appending. It's a file that you will only have the node tree.
The reason to do that animation node is linked to scene. Appending the node tree will also append the scene with whatever objects within.
I removed all the objects in the file. I think at least you may have something better to start with.
B) Another file is for startup. I may recommend you to make a copy of it and directly use that file to work. In such a case, it avoids the neccesaty of appending the node tree and relative bugs that may potentially occur.
